Welcome to use Mafix software and services. This agreement is formulated by Mafix and users in accordance with relevant laws and regulations regarding the use of Mafix, in order to protect the security of your personal information. This agreement applies to your access and use of services provided by Mafix. This agreement describes the purpose, methods, scope, and information security measures for collecting, using, storing, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your personal information in the process of providing you with this software product or service, as well as your rights and implementation methods for managing personal information. Mafix always puts the protection of your personal information first, and at the same time, Mafix values your attention to personal information. For your personal information, you can search, modify, and delete it online through the mobile app. You have the right to independently update or correct your personal information, or authorize Mafix customer service to update or correct the information.
2. Account cancellation
You can cancel your current login account within the application, and we will cancel your account once you meet the conditions.
Please be informed that account cancellation takes effect immediately and cannot be restored permanently. After the account cancellation is completed, we will no longer collect your personal information and will not be able to provide you with corresponding products or services.
How to protect minors
If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using Mafix software and related services, you should read and decide whether to agree to this personal information protection policy under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians. The company protects the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

1. When you log in to the Mafix service, we will collect your username and profile picture to create a Mafix account. If you agree and authorize us to authorize your account information to a third party so that you can easily log in to the third-party account, we will share the account information you agree and authorize with the third party. In addition, we may obtain information related to your registered account on the third-party platform based on your authorization, and bind it to your Mafix account, so that you can directly log in and use our products or services through the third-party account. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorized consent. The above information you provide will continue to be authorized for our use during your use of this service.
2. When you log in and start using Mafix's various services, or when Mafix switches to running in the background, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, we will collect information about the services and usage methods you use and associate this information. This information includes: device information. We will receive and record information related to the devices you use, device serial numbers, MAC addresses, device network information, and device location based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use. We may save your communication or call records and content for contacting you or helping you solve problems, or recording the solutions and results of related issues.
5. In order to improve the security of your use of services provided by us and our affiliated companies and partners, protect your or other users or the public's personal and property security from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or Mafix related agreement rules, we may use or integrate your user information, device information, relevant network logs, as well as information authorized by you or shared with us by our affiliated companies and partners in accordance with the law, to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detection, and prevention of security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

1. To provide you with better services and as our business develops, this policy will also be updated accordingly. But without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under the current effective personal information protection policy.
